Hotfolder showing pending document status

Hi All,

I have setup hotfolder for a batch on server, but files are not processed to destination automatically through hotfolder process, instead it's showing "15 pending documents, 0 errors". There are total 2 batches for which hotfolder setup is done, one works fine, another is giving this issue.

What could be the reason behind it, kindly help me in this regard.

sneha, can you see the Batches being created inside ChronoScan? Do those Batches have any documents in them? Do you have "Export Batch" enabled on your hotfolder settings?

Yes, batches are being created, batches contain documents as well, and export batch is also enabled in hotfolder setting.
Can you pls help me figure out the issue.

What happens if you manually export the documents? What does the export report say?

When I manually export the documents, report says documents are exported to destination location.

Is server restart helpful in this scenario?
