To make sure your PDF file will have Searchable Text enabled, open up the options of the PDF Text Module by clicking on the Options button of the PDF Text Conversion Export Module on the Execute Output Window and make sure the Searchable Text option is set to "true".
NOTE: Searchable Text is enabled by default on PDF Exports.
On the Execute Output window select the PDF Text Conversion module and click on the Options button to make sure Searchable Text is enabled for your exported documents.
