PDF import - only the logo visible
I have a similar problem, like the user describes at Quite urgent : problem with PDF import in Chronoscan for specific invoices Topic started 05 Sep 2019 16:53, by nono.
I am receiving PDF invoices, what looks fine in Acrobat Reader, but shows only the UniCredit logo, when I drop it on the ChronoScan surface.
We use ChronoScan 1.0.2.37.
Please let me know, if you need further info from us.
Thanks:
Peter

I tried all the 3 options, unfortunatelly none of them shows the true content of the given PDF.

For the moment you can workaround the problem by using ghostscript as your pdf renderer: www.chronoscan.org/doc/job_administratio...jQw&st=Mg==&sct=MA== or on a global level: www.chronoscan.org/doc/configuration_par...jQw&st=Mg==&sct=MA==
You will need to download and install ghostscript: github.com/ArtifexSoftware/ghostpdl-down...d/gs952/gs952w32.exe and point station_gswin32c to the executable file as well as set station_RenderWith_gswin32c to true

if it helps, I can send you an other file, what appears totally empty.
Moreover I have a backup environment, where I saved the status last year October. I have there the 1.0.2.18 version. It shows the same empty picture when I drop these PDFs on them.
