The IMAP Connections Report provides real-time visibility and diagnostics for all configured IMAP connections in ChronoScan. It is designed to help administrators monitor the status, last checks, error notifications, and ongoing issues for each connection used to import documents from email accounts.

Name of the monitored inbox/folder

Last time the IMAP connection was checked
Alert Date
Timestamp when the latest alert was raised
Notification Date
When notification was sent (if applicable)
[Log] Last Error Date
Date and time of the most recent error encountered
[Log] Number of Times Failed
Total number of times the connection attempt has failed

Usage Tips
Status coloring: Connections with errors ("KO") are highlighted in red for quick identification, while healthy connections ("OK") are shown in green.
Real-time diagnostics: Use this report to promptly detect, debug, and resolve email import issues.
Details pane: Click on a record to view more detailed connection logs or error information in the right-side pane.
