The fastest way to see ChronoScan working is a sample job: a ready to use configuration with test documents (fictitious data) that is processed automatically. Click Sample jobs in the Batches panel of the Capture tab, or in the Create Batch window, and pick one:
Invoices with AI: supplier invoices read with Google Gemini (header fields and line items). It can also use your own invoices: ChronoScan analyses up to three of them and tailors the fields, the line columns and the AI mapping to your documents.

Split documents by barcode: a batch of mixed pages separated by barcode sheets.
Scan to searchable PDF: the simplest job: scan or import, OCR and export a text searchable PDF.

A sample job is a normal job: open its configuration (Administration tab, Configure job) to see how it is built, copy it and adapt it to your documents. Delete it from the job list when you no longer need it.
