ChronoScan Enterprise licenses start at 3 simultaneous users. As a multiuser environment we expect ChronoScan Enterprise configurations to take advantage of our user roles and user access control features.

The Papers per year option will tell us on average how many pages of documents you will process through ChronoScan per year. When in doubt just multiply the average number of documents per month by 12. If you process many multipage documents then mutiply that number by the average number of pages for each multipage document.

If your company has less than 1000 vendors there is a good chance ChronoScan Enterprise is not suited for your company. You should consider ChronoScan ADVANCED for up to 500 vendors and ChronoScan ADVANCED+ for up to 1000 vendors.
